they're fine bags - people are snobby about them here but they get the job done.. Mine's 2 years old and only just starting to get a bit tatty and smelly.
Timbuk2 also have amazing customer service- I emailed them when one of the velcro tabs came off on my bag and they immediately gave me $150 of online store credit to buy another bag - even though my existing one was completely fine.
About to get a MW backpack - but only because using a courier style bag every day is starting to hurt my back.
