Just for info, what you see in the first 3 minutes or so is the manufacturing of a carbon fibre frame. First you design the pieces of carbon fibre (in this case UD pre-preg) you need. Then you have the individual plies cut on a large flat bed CNC cutting table. Tehn you see each piece being individually laid up onto a tooling plate. Its a bit like a mould really.
Then the pre-cured frame is vacuum bagged and placed in an auto-clave, a bit pressure cooker. Each of those red hoses regulates the pressure inside the bag to make sure that you consolidate the fibre down properly. Cook at 180ºC for about an hour or so, at about 150psi or so. And you are done.
Pretty simple, but very difficult to get the shape right.
