Thank Feck it's not just me - I reckon the calculation must be more to do with flexibility, had a go with some mates last night and the most flexible can actually touch his toes and came out hitting his real and calculated age spot on. Was well impressed. I have really tight hamstrings and can barely touch my knees. I still won't be buying their supplements though!
