Just found out I'm at LSE one night a week this year, anyone know about this?:
"There are eight high-security cycle racks in the basement area between St Philips north and south buildings. Anyone using these racks must use a padlock to ensure that their bike is secure, not a D lock or chain"
Sounds like a good idea as I'll be there 6pm-9pm on a weeknight.
