Well im here in Italy after driving through the night and getting stuck
In some bad traffic.
Just had dinner at the local near the hotel and it had amazing seafood and pumpkin pasta!

Ride this Saturday 9am outside the winchester pub.

Medium to paced 38 miles. This is a lovely ride that goes through an area known as little Switzerland so is pretty hilly. Then we loop home through Totteridge, less for the mileage, but more to pay homage at the home of North London's football maestro, Arsene Wenger.
