Ride this Saturday 9am outside the winchester pub.

Medium to paced 38 miles. This is a lovely ride that goes through an area known as little Switzerland so is pretty hilly. Then we loop home through Totteridge, less for the mileage, but more to pay homage at the home of North London's football maestro, Arsene Wenger.

Crank arm broke on my Grandad's bike, thought my chain fell off so went to balance on my pedals (still strapped in). As my left pedal wasn't attached, I did comedy fall over. Fuck knows what cut me open.
