mid range = Santini (pref twist gel pad), Giordana
High range = Castell
Vary high end = Assos
I have some Nalini's I paid £12 for, which do a decent job on shorter rides. I also have some Castelli's with the Kiss+ pad, for longer rides. There is a world of difference after 1 hour though.
