Both LH and RH.
That's no problem at all, especially if you will ride it geared.
If you'll fix it (why do that to a 753 fgs), it decreases the space you can move the wheel to get the chain tension well.
It must have been built so tight (short chain stays) that a normal wheel change was not possible.
