i'm in, but shouldn't we see how many we get before deciding a cost? obviously it will be cheaper if we get more than 10 people but if we get less, we may decide to go ahead anyway and pay more each? just a thought but maybe start a list every month, say a week before we have to pay to decide how many we're splitting it between...

The point I'm trying to get across is that MCR polo doesn't actually have 10 players to commit to this winter programme (despite the talk) IMHO.

Let's see if 10 step up for Month 1 - if not, it'll cost us (currently 3!) a whole lot more than a tenner!
