At least in London there is a bit of hope for cyclists that things will get a ,,micro bit'' better but in small towns you just wouldn't believe how the police approaches these things. I am wondering if per example a nicked bike is spotted somewhere and the coppers called, are they obligated to get their excellences out and recover it or it all depends on their good will?
is anyone among us here fond of law and such things to give a bit of guidance about our rights to seek justice from law enforcement organizations such as the police?
