Oh god, at the risk of flogging a dead horse they suck so much. They stole £460 from my account, and then took 4 months to pay me back, with weekly calls to CS, from my local store manager. And still they just kept BSing

Argh, dont say that, they took £35 out of my account when Id paid 70ish and told me I have to go to the bank to sort it out. Havent been yet.

And nope, not rooted yet, I am letting the bf do it, and we were busy last week with trips :( Hopefully this week
