can't remember the year but there was one on the Westway in London, late 90s, rave sound systems and huge stilt figures with massive wide dresses on, under the dress of one was a guy with a road drill, the PA covered the drill noise, so he dug holes right in the tarmac and planted a bunch of trees, right in the middle of the lanes...
