FYI...I would think twice about using these rims for everyday riding on the streets of London. Because they are 60 years old, you can't get the 100+ psi you can get with modern tyres/rims. I used them for social/weekend riding and they were great. That's just me though.

Thanks for the heads up Dr Sludge. In the light of that, I will have to undibs, as I can't really afford a social set of wheels. Need to replace my workhorse wheels which were stolen at the weekend,

There are some being sold for 60...the guy is in westferry near the Wharf...I got some wheel sof him before he's a nice kid..(sorry rawwrr!!;D)

Very rare find, in great shape, bought off an old collector in the west country who takes care of his kit very well. Circa 1950's.
If you so incline, a toothbrush will get the dirt from the hard to reach places and these babies will be immaculate.
I bought them from him for £150, so I'll list them for the same.
