I have a Vigorelli with a Campag pista crankset and a Token tiramic 111mm BB. Clearance is fine with a 48t chainring. The Campag pista crankset has a pretty low q-factor, so you may have heel/chainstay issues if you pedal like a duck*.
(OK, ducks rarely cycle. I mean with your toes pointing outwards)
