Birmingham Bike Polo (Wednesday nights / Sundays - info in the thread)

right i aint coming now. i forgot my camera and my polo bike is in pieces

My polo bike is broken, my shoulder and wrist is (nearly) broken but Im still thinking of coming. You should come anyway.

Might it be a better idea to make sunday daytime the main polo time during winter, clocks are going back soon. Its totally this evening at 7.30

as far as i recall, last winter's turnouts were as good as this summer's turnouts! sundays have always been low: usually 3-4 players because everyone's always doing stuff.

noted - did anyone else show up? i can't be arsed wasting an evening playing 1 on 1, or the goalie game. minimum of 2 on 2 (low geared) players for me. to be fair, everyone who didn't come wrote on here beforehand, which guess is how it should work.

Yeah, I'd like to go travelling indefinitely and fund it playing poker along the way, so I need to get good. I find playing and reading strategy is difficult after work cos I'm tired so I'm getting up at 4am to read for a couple hours and play a couple hours. Get home too late from polo.
