For Sale: OT: IMac G4

I've a 15" Apple iMac G4 that i've not used for over a year, perfectly good machine. I can't remember the exact spec but I do remember installing a WiFi card that cost about £30.

Looking for £100 for the lot. If interested, dibs and PM me, in the meantime i'll set it up and work out the full spec. Pick up from Hammersmith.

Spec is:
Processor: 800Mhz PowerPC G4
Memory: 512MB SDRAM
HD: 50 GB

All the usual software, Safari, Mail etc + Photoshop CS3

Throwing in the original OSX box and discs + iLife box and discs + Norton Antivirus and Firewall

The only thing i'd say about the condition is that the keyboard has yellowed slightly with age......so it's not as white as typical mac stuff. Other than that, I can't really fault it. I'm only selling as I don't use it.....I have a MacBook and PC too.

Bumping this thread as this machine is available again. Was gonna give it to my mum but she just brought a macbook. Still the same specifications and same price. Collection from Clapton.

I have the same computer, how easy is it to fit a wireless card to it? haven't really looked into it. Mine is currently out of use as keyboard and mouse are broken. In my opinion the coolest iMac ever produced.

What's it like to set up with a wireless system?

i never installed the wireless on this mac, the previous owner did. However i done it on my new imac and it was really easy.

sorry i haven't got anymore pictures at the mo. The body/screen are in near perfect condition but the keyboard has got a yellowish tint now. Runs perfectly though.
