Don't know about BLB frames mate.
I was looking at buying a new fuji track 2010 when i thought my frame was wrecked due to the bottom bracket being stuck in there. I was going to buy it just for the frame and sell everything else on as new parts. It works out not too bad as they are about £350ish for the entire bike and I reckon you could get £150ish back for the parts (£100 for wheels and £50 for the saddle, bars etc) leaving you with a Fuji track frame for £200 which will be a much better frame than the majority of other frames in that price range i would have thought?
