I've never 'got'

This. I don't get it. Saw a guy with flipped drops and brake levers in the ends of the bars, on the top side. So he was riding holding onto the brake levers as if they were bars and pushing down to apply the brake. Not sure if I've described it well, but was definitely odd/funny.

He should be taken outside and given a fucking good kicking! Jesus, what's wrong with people, making shit unnecessarily complicated and just fucking stupid in the name of.......fucking stupidity?
