I'm very happy with Halifax, they give me £5 a month and they gave me £100 for moving to them. Plus I never queue when I go into a branch.
If you move, try to move to someone who pays you a decent amount of cash for the hassle. But NOT Santander - everything they touch turns to shit. They may have the best rates on paper but it really isn't worth the hassle, believe me.
