A slight distortion of my text in #82 seems to be perpetuating... I'm not offering to be the debt collector!
All I asked for was a list of names of those committed to playing regularly through the winter. We need to discuss who is going to be responsible to sign the contract and who is going to collect the money in once we have an agreed offer in place - hopefully this time tomorrow (or Monday morning).
Having said that - I think paying as much in advance into an MCR Polo account is a good way to ensure we can meet our obligations over the course of the contract and, if we get a surplus due to more players (than 10 each session) turning out, I'm sure we can use the money for other useful polo projects.
