Yes, just about to start my second year of maths... fun stuff! I'm living on Tachbrook Road. Just rode into campus now, quite a nice ride, not sure if it will feel the same at 8am though! What route / commute do you do? You live in Leamington too and work at the university, don't you?

Yep, that's right. I vary it a bit, but I'm mostly going out on the Kenilworth road into Kenilworth and then out the other side at the moment. It's the shortest route for me, and I sometimes meet up with a friend in Kenilworth who works in my building.

Sometimes I'll go via Stoneleigh though, which is quite a nice route (but faster traffic generally). I tend to avoid it when it's dark, though I'm planning on some decent lights this winter ;)

Comming back I generally come through Stoneleigh (unless with mate from Ken), but go the long way via Cubbington. It's a nice route away from a lot of the traffic and is generally soothing after a day at work ;)

Sweet! Yeah, I heard the Stoneleigh route is like slightly shorter (like, 0.1 miles or something) but it's probably safer going through Kenilworth, especially in the winter. I'm trying to learn where all the potholes are so when it's dark I won't go flying. Does you mate ride fixed too? I'll reply to your PM now.
