The drawback to this is that you got provoked adding fuel to the fire, i.e. road rage.
normally it doesn't get any further, but in some cases it may provoked some risky behaviour from the motorists (i.e. tapping your rear wheel, pushing you off the road etc.) which is something I like to try and avoid.
