I've always been the niftiest little road crosser, been cycling all my life, had a driving licence for ten years, I'm not cocky but I know my way around the roads and I hold my own.
In the last week, in the few times I've been out, I've been actually quite scared of cars passing me (safely). It feels pathetic and it's bothering me. Point is, these psychological issues are real and unsettling and although we talk about taking people to the cleaners and although I'm happy about hopefully starting a new build with insurance money, it doesn't much compensate really.
