Hey all,

Me and my girlfriend are looking for someone/couple to move into a soon to be vacant room.

The flat is about 2 minutes walk from broadway market (the canal end) in a quiet cul de sack. The flat is bright and airy, with laminate floors throughout. We have room for 5 bikes in total (maybe more at a push) and the rest of the flat is furnished.

The room is a large double, with a HUGE wardrobe for all your storage needs, room even comes with a bed if you need one. Kitchen is fully kitted out, good washing machine, big airing cupboard for drying clothes. Super quick wireless broadband, virgin TV and landline.

The rent works out at £133 p/w for the room, bills on top, heating bill is included in the rent, so will be a cosy winter!
