I found the program really interesting but i can't help but get irritated by him for some reason.

It was / is a beautiful bike though!

I know what you mean by Rob Penn, but then this is television and he does have to talk about bicycle as if no one has ever heard of them before.

Last thing you want to do is alienate the audenice by talking about top tube length, bottom bracket height, drop bar, clipless etc.

the only british component manufacturer he bothered to mention in detail was brooks?
what about the royce hubs? and he didn't have to get his wheels built in america surely. fair enough about getting a chris king headset and the marin county legends, but that's way too much coverage of america when we're talking about cycling. where's the heritage man??? and he made it look like rapha is based is america by interviewing a rapha guy in portland! what the hell!!!

I suspect it wouldn't have been an adventure if he just got half the component in England.
