What chain and seatpost are being used on the Тахион?

I'm guessing the chain is an HKK Vertex Blue, it's the only black chain I can think of which has an NJS style screwed master link and the peening of the rivets looks right. Seat post I don't know, there have been many variations on the carbon tube bonded to alloy head theme. IKO seems to be a German bike shop/distributor, so if it's theirs it's probably been picked from the Taiwanese generic product pool and labelled as the shop brand.
