Stolen: 79' Viking Vision metallic brown Brixton tube last night

Another bike stolen outside a tube station last night - this time Brixton.

It's a brown Viking Vision from around 1979

early Shimano 600 derailleurs & shifters / Mafac brakes / drilled levers / black bar tape / chrome top tube cable guides / awful red-black trek saddle / minus the rear rack.

trying to find an uptodate pic i'll put it up as soon as

I've had this bike f o r e v e r - just took one slip in my locking-up-logic and now its like it never existed.

cleaned everything down recently so drivetrain was looking lovely and shinier than i have ever seen it.

shit.

brick land and brixton markets and gumtree and ebay are a given - but is there anywhere else i should be looking?

ok - bike spotted in REcycle in elephantcastle RIGHT NOW - we have the photo but how do we go about the retrieval as it's had the saddle / bars / pedals swapped out...

Do you know what the BB is? If so get in there and tell them it's nicked and you can prove it by naming the BB if they let you take it out? Get the old bill in.
