sugino will defo fit but if you don't want to pay the price of the sugino it may be chaper to get the cranks you want and can afford and then a matching bb.
as far as i know there is also a cheaper ,,sugino,, copy called lasco or something similar costing half the price of the real deal that should also fit that bb
lastly have a look in the transmission database on the forum. that should give you a rather extensive list of combinations that work well.

I would say buy the BB to fit the crank set that you want and most BB's will be cheaper than most cranks.

Hi all,
I have recently bought my first frame and I'm trying to get all the parts ready to build it up. I'm having trouble knowing what crank sets will fit my BB. The code is TH BB-7420ST 68/103, and the square tapers are I think JIS.
Pretty steep learning curve in this game, so bear with me, I looked elsewhere for an answer to this dilemma to no avail...
