who are they?

Frame builders from Amsterdam with quite a good reputation.
They built bikes for small companies with ditto labels, frames with their own name, frames for other companies, sometimes for larger companies (Gazelle, Giant).
Presto, Kwantes, Peka and others...

rather have a peka than a pake trackbike :P
