CushT, bogue's Yoga for Cyclists class is very friendly and accessible and definitely suitable for beginners. It's in Bethnal Green, which isn't the end of the world from Stoke Newington. I've been going for over a year and recommend it highly. See the thread link above.
Oh, and the yoga centre is bodywise on Roman Road.
