What level are you aiming at? You could probably qualify for Nationals with an 12s flying 200 or a 1:15 kilo, judging by last year's results, but you'd only be making up the numbers unless you could get down to sub 11 or 1:05
13.0s flying 200 would have got you in the top 10 at the London championship, and the equivalent of a 1:16 kilo would have done for 10th in the nominal kilo run over two laps of HH.

200m? 400m? 1k? etc.
This is an awful post i know but it would be good to have some idea of what to aim for!
