When you say all other parts what do you mean? It was a complete bike? Struggling to think what other parts you get with a frame...forks, headset, BB...?...maybe some headset spacers?

I know times are tight, but we've yet to see ppl spliting the tubes.

Complete bike replete with all original lo-spec weak componentry.
Original forks ↔ foreskin (phimosis?)
