Have a search for the "transmission database" thread - you'll see a lot of people running phil hub + EAI cog combo. I used that combo for a year or so, pretty much stopping only with my legs. No problems to report. Main thing to consider is your chainline - see examples of combinations that have worked for others in that thread.
