The handicaps won't change much apart from giving an extra benefit to those with the bigger head starts due to the nature of over taking on an indoor track.
Graham is it time to change the format of the sprints? Having a master and novices sprint instead of the white hope? As most of the international sprinters are the odp these days who were really who e white hope was aimed at in the past
