1950s (?) Dawes Frame (55cm I think, but with an old school ridonkulos tt length)
Seatpost
Saddle
stem
crankset + peddals
probably the bars and brake lever
probably not the long drop brake
The Good:
Almost new smooth shimano BB
Almost new TA 1/8 chainring
Clearances to rock massive tyres and mudgaurds
120mm rear spacing
Sturdy frame, looks beaten, lovely patina, gives that brilliant stiff yet supple compliant direct energy transfer that only a steel frame with lazy geo can give
The Bad:
The headset is shit, but its been regreased and tbh how much to you care?
In summary once you've got wheels on it its an amazing bike. A joy to ride, probably the most perfect balance of function and form that has ever been.
Based on todays inflated prices offers starting around £200.
Pitiful; sorry.
