You have to let the spoke prep dry first, so its probably the same as pro-locks initialy. But as pro-locks use a two component glue, retruing a day or longer after will be different (I guess, never used pro-lock)
I'm pretty sure I recieved nipples with my supercomps. As I remember it, the net shop made a point of the fact that they are supplied nippleless too.
Might be worth waiting to recieve your spokes before ordering nipples.
