290mm front, 286mm rear. You could also go 288mm rear and left hand side of front.

so 290 x 32 + 286 x 32 or 290 x 16 + 288 x 48

The later being cheaper if I post you 17 x 290mm spokes. I'll need to check what I have (want to save myself some spares of course).

just wishing to check, i think unharmed (ben) should be getting

A) 290 x 32 and 286 x 36 or,
B) 290 x 16 and 288 x 52

which of the two options would be best?

it looks like getting a box of 290s for him and me from fatbirds and then the rest of the spokes individually from justridingaround is going to make most sense financially, unless i can get JRA to do a deal on the spokes.
