nope, diacompe track brake...clamp on, pretty genius things.
are disc brake tabs two tiny little holes in the forks, near the bottom?

Rounded non-drilled forks. Made of steel - comes with all necessary bits and pieces, bearings etc. Has got a matt black armourtex powder coat. Came off a relatively unknown frame so sorry I can't tell you any more about 'em, but they work perfectly.
£20 if you wanna pick them up, or a bit extra for postage
