I sure have. I'm not griping 'they should have a pump...I'm useless...make my bike faster too...'. Not in the least. Stuff breaks, my bike included. But it's not news to them that their pumps simply don't work. The Evans employee knew only too well. He told me himself that the ones for general use are kaput. It's standard practice, and that's the rub for me.
