Sandy, we have a contact at the council whom we liaise with. By we I mean the polo community, and this was obtained through Kev whom has spend months dealing with them about the lights at Newington.
I don't think it would be advantageous to bombard them with requests, so I'd say if anyone else was thinking of doing this, then maybe hold off for the time being.
I'll continue with Kev's recourses but if this proves fruitless then we could look at other avenues.
Having said that, summer is pretty much over and I expect a return to Peckham carpark for the inclement weather days.
