Laptop Choice?

just need something to replace the new 13.1" mac pro I just bought in Portland, to take to south east asia, as I'll be proper backpacking, and don't want the extra weight and stress having the mac will bring...
smaller the better for me ideally,
moog, I'll be in the country early oct to beg of nov.. so will see you about it...
vb, the extra ram idea is a good one, best buy it now whilst it cheap.
will probably sell it on after I return properly in jan next year as I won't need it alongside the proper laptop..

You can then install Snow leopard on it if you wish and you've got a much cheaper mac that you won't worry about half as much.
