  • Yes, this question is resolved. One of my most horrible expierences with post services.
The bike didn't arrive at the adrress of the buyer. Many times I asked the postservice what was going wrong but never got a satisfying answer. After two months and many emails with the buyer, I decided not to wait any more and to pay back. I was happy the buyer understood the problem I had with the postservice and was very sportsmanlike, he didn't blame me, though he had waited two months for nothing! After this we had good and friendly contact.
But my bike was still gone. I began to believe I never see it again, I'll have to take the loss.
you will not believe it but 6 or 8 weeks later the postservice called me the bike was found.
The next day I had my bike back, in the same condition as I posted it! What happened the postservice couldn't tell me and till today it's a mystery to me. So this horrible story has a happy ending. In the meantime this beautiful bike (a Concorde) has found a new happy owner.
