I cant see a bag which may contain any foot retention so he probably will be riding it as it is (shop owner probably though over paid twat I'll show you).

Classic comments from Tom, Cat and Ian who are clearly quite confident in there technical opinions which is odd as they are well, wrong. Apparently the brakes are 'in the pedals'.

I have spoken to those in the know, and he built the bike himself and was just wheeling it to the shop to get fitted up with shoes and clipless pedals. Still brakless though.
They may well secretly rather he stayed on it........I'm assuming they're insured....
