Do Nice Bike Get Knicked?

if you are so scared why not just get decent bike insurance? why do people on this forum hate bike insurance so much? it just gives me piece of mind that worst comes to worst, i havent pissed £800 against a wall

This. Insurance is expensive, but no more so than a good lock every year. And it means you don't have to worry. Just make sure you understand the exclusions in the policy - most won't cover bikes that are left outside without an approved lock or after 23:00.
