i highly sugest getting a beater, or even 2 bikes like me(2 fixed gears) ones OTP not much changed and is very shiney and sexy, im very carefull with that! only lock it in places its pretty hard to get away with and use my massive chain to, other is my new fixie conversion thats only cost me £30, its slower but more comfy, wider tires, risers, perfect for getting to work on the canal, i can leeve it locked up with a cheep tesco lock and i dont need to worry, plus most people here(my town) wouldnt want a brakeless roadbike and tbh it lookslike shit to the untrained eye
