Ligaments are not like muscle/soft tissue. It will take a really long time, think in blocks of 7 months rather than 7 weeks.
I couldnt comfortably walk on mine for a year. I cycled, and I squatted a barbell. That is how I fixed mine. Physiotherapists and doctors were useless, I only got to see fucktards.
I have recently finally been referred to someone good with sports experience, hopefully she will help me iron out my niggling issues like tendonitis which I have in my corresponding hamstring.
