I second the new bars for the Roll suggestion.
I have a Roll 2 and it's been great for me once the seat was changed. I used MTB style bar ends for ages, but picked up a new stem and some Airwings from the classifieds. I could not believe the difference in weight between the new stem/bar combo and the stock all in one unit.
The roll isn't exactly light, but so far it's proved bulletproof and has served me well for everything from messing about on track to centuries.
