wareeyos - Yes, the Manxman frame does take 27" wheels. I'm unsure about the dropout width, but I used a 120mm hub. I'll measure the dropouts today or tomorrow and post. The paint condition on the forks is good, but there is a small chip I'll attempt to photo. Also, the chrome is showing some signs of age. Hope this helps!
