27" wheels - unsure if it can be run with 700s due to the type of brake, but I will have a look

700c wheels can be used, there's only about a 4mm difference in where the brake touches the rim.

If I didn't just buy a frame i'd've snapped this up.

I'm 6'2 and it would be far too small for me....I'll get measurements of it tomorrow, but I would say that it is indeed to small for you.

had a similar frame a while back and getting the brake drop right was a bit of a pain and I already have most of the parts for the project, but needs to be made for 700c....
