nope, if you are going to go for a similar frame then no, unless you are going custom I wouldn't bother, maybe get come carbon forks?

If you like the way it rides get it repainted and rebuild it with all the parts cleaned e.t.c. It will feel like a new bike.

In a way that is the answer I was looking for. I might save a bit of money! But need to find some carbon forks now! There is alwaays something else to change or tinker with......

Quite a Simple one, Should I stick with my Lemond Filmore (cromoly about 4 years old) and upgrade the forks? I have already changed the BB, crank wheels and seat or go for a better frame and forks, I like steel and would go for steel again, but is it worth it?
